Rachel Morelli, BCBA, LBA

Rachel Morelli is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. She became a BCBA in 2014 and has provided behavior-analytic services across educational, home, and community settings.

Rachel is passionate about creating individualized, practical supports that help children build meaningful skills and become more independent in their everyday lives. Her experience includes assessment and treatment planning, behavior intervention, caregiver and staff collaboration, skill acquisition, and supporting children across a variety of environments.

Rachel believes that effective ABA goes beyond reducing challenging behavior. She focuses on teaching functional communication, independence, self-advocacy, social skills, and other skills that improve quality of life. She especially enjoys collaborating with families and teams to make sure strategies are realistic, meaningful, and can be used throughout a child's day.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and finding new adventures with her three children. She brings her love of travel and her professional experience together through her interest in making travel and new experiences more accessible and successful for families of children with autism.
