Details:

  • Up to $125,000+ (uncapped) total compensation opportunity (for full-time)

  • 40-hour work week (up to) or less based on your work-life balance goals

The ideal BCBA candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with children in a center, home/community or school setting.

​

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide direct support to students, children and families with special needs including program development, behavioral assessments and development of behavioral interventions

  • Provide motivation and encouragement for learning during sessions

  • Supervision of RBT's

  • Collect progress monitoring data and write / manage consult or session notes

  • Manage a flexible schedule

  • Attend all required training and meetings

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing and licensed in Connecticut

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs

  • Work effectively and collaboratively with BCBAs, RBT's, school staff, families and children

  • Must be able to work independently

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to appropriate ethical standards

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

​
