Up to $125,000+ (uncapped) total compensation opportunity (for full-time)

The ideal BCBA candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with children in a center, home/community or school setting.
The Health & Safety of our employees and families is paramount - COVID-19 policies in place.
Responsibilities Include:

Provide direct support to students, children and families with special needs including program development, behavioral assessments and development of behavioral interventions

Provide motivation and encouragement for learning during sessions

Supervision of RBT's
-
Collect progress monitoring data and write / manage consult or session notes
-
Manage a flexible schedule
-
Attend all required training and meetings
Job Qualifications:
-
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing and licensed in Connecticut
-
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs

Work effectively and collaboratively with BCBAs, RBT's, school staff, families and children
-
Must be able to work independently

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to appropriate ethical standards

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
