

Jennifer Eastman Prims, BCBA, LBA

Jennifer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Connecticut. She obtained her board certification in behavior analysis in 2024 but has been working in field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2012. Jennifer graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in 2022 with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. She received her undergraduate degree in Child Study, from University of Saint Joseph, having a passion for working with children from an early age.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has gained extensive experience working with individuals ages 3 to 22 across a variety of settings, including clinic, school, and home settings; with a primary focus on preschool and elementary ages. Through these opportunities, it has allowed her to develop a flexible and collaborative approach to support each client’s unique needs.

She is passionate about teaching meaningful skills, supporting families, and collaborating closely with staff to promote positive outcomes. Observing client progress is what continues to motivate her to learn, grow, and refine her skills to be able to provide the best possible support to both clients and the teams she works alongside.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends and family, her two dogs, and three cats. She loves being outdoors—especially near the water—and values slowing down to appreciate life’s small moments.
