Jammie Williams, BCBA, LBA, is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across home, clinic, school, community, residential, and adult service settings. Jammie earned her degree from Southern Connecticut State University and has extensive experience developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, supervising behavior technicians and direct support staff, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress and independence.
In addition to working with children and adolescents, Jammie has significant experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities in both residential programs and adult day settings. Through her work with the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS), she has developed a strong understanding of the transition from school-based services into adult supports and programming. She is passionate about helping families navigate what life after high school can look like for individuals with disabilities, including building independence, community integration, vocational readiness, and adaptive living skills.
Throughout her career, Jammie has specialized in creating compassionate, person-centered programming that focuses on communication, emotional regulation, social development, adaptive living skills, and behavior reduction through evidence-based ABA practices. She values creating positive learning environments where individuals feel supported, respected, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
Jammie is known for her warm, collaborative approach, strong clinical leadership, and ability to connect with clients, families, and staff across all stages of life.
