Harry Stanley, BCBA, LBA
Consultant

Harry is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 12 years of experience in Human Services and Applied Behavior Analysis. He joins Apex Educational Solutions with extensive experience supporting individuals with developmental, behavioral, and mental health needs. He has built a career focused on evidence-based intervention, interdisciplinary collaboration, compassion, and support for those in need. 

Harry currently manages individualized behavioral and academic programming for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. In this role, he develops and monitors data-driven interventions, collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, and provides supervision and training to paraprofessionals and behavior technicians to ensure high-quality ABA implementation.

Prior to his appointment with APEX, Harry worked as an ABA trainer and BCBA for Area Cooperative Educational Services and as a BCBA for Middletown Public Schools. Within these positions he partnered with district personnel to design individualized student support programs, conduct behavioral data analysis, and assist in the development of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). He also delivered professional development training focused on ABA best practices and behavioral supports for educational staff.

In addition to his work in educational settings, Harry has served as a Milieu Counselor with Yale New Haven Health since 2017. In this capacity, he supports patients in behavioral health environments by maintaining therapeutic settings, documenting behavioral progress, implementing crisis intervention strategies, and facilitating coping skill development.

Harry earned his Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Russell Sage College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He is a licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Connecticut and maintains active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Outside of his work as a BCBA, Harry enjoys quality time with his children, wife, extended family and friends. He is an avid fan of sports (specifically basketball) and enjoys music production and video games during leisure time.
