Allison “Alli” Gibney is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the states of Connecticut and New York.

Alli began her career as a second-grade teacher, where she developed a deep appreciation for individualized learning and supporting students’ emotional and behavioral growth. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis and the meaningful impact it can have across educational and community settings.

Alli holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Art Therapy from Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Throughout her career, Alli has provided behavioral consultation across a variety of settings, including schools, homes, and adult programs. She is committed to helping individuals reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based practices and strong collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Outside of her clinical work, Alli is a ceramic artist and creative entrepreneur. She enjoys spending her free time making pottery, painting, and exploring new forms of art that bring mindfulness and balance to her daily life.
