Sarah Papale, BCBA, LBA
Consultant
Sarah has been in the field of ABA for 15+ years. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of CT. Sarah became Board Certified in 2015.
Throughout her career Sarah has worked in a variety of settings including but not limited to: outplacement schools, in- homes, public schools, group homes, and center-based learning. She primarily worked with public school districts to build capacity within the district teams, provided several professional developments to school and community personale, developed a continuum of care for students with ASD from pre-k to high school and developed a learner readiness program with early learners to promote a successful transition to their school district from center-based learning.
Sarah values the importance of education and community for the clients and families she serves. She enjoys working with school teams, families and community members to promote a collaborative learning community for people with Autism. Sarah has conducted trainings for local police and fire departments on de-escalation techniques and to promote understanding in local communities.
Sarah’s passions in the field of ABA include environmental/classroom design, functional communication training of all different modalities, learner readiness skills, adaptive behaviors and promoting environments that increase independence for learners.
In Sarah’s free time, she likely will be found in her pool, playing with (attending to) her Boston Terrier named Bubbha and deep into reading a book.
