Caitlin Viccari, MS., BCBA, LBA-CT

Caitlin Viccari is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and currently Licensed in the state of Connecticut. Caitlin has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 10 years across various settings such as private home settings, clinics, public school, private school, and communities.

 

Caitlin began as a Registered Behavior Technician working directly with individuals with various intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, feeding challenges, speech delay, and other diagnosed conditions, between the ages 2-22.  During this time, Caitlin gained experience creating and implementing a wide range of skill acquisition programming and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

 

Caitlin continued  a career path in the field by  obtaining a Master's of Science in  Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Caitlin traveled with the Global Autism Project to Kenya and Indonesia to help set up sustainable programs, administer assessments, train staff and families, offer community workshops, create program structures and provide clinical support to the teams.  Caitlin attended Leadership Academy with the Global Autism Project which provided her with further leadership skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and the ability to work collaboratively with compassion. 

 

Caitlin enjoys working closely with the family and multidisciplinary teams and values an open line of communication between team members.  Caitlin has remained in a supervisory role for the majority of her time in the field which entailed case management, training staff, training families. During her time in the public school system, Caitlin worked on initiating and organizing an intensive education program with goals to provide individualized instruction and support services for children who qualified.  In her spare time Caitlin enjoys outdoor activities such as paddle boarding, hiking, playing with her dog, and especially traveling to far away places. Caitlin values making service time functional and  family orientated where family values are considered in programming.
